20:15      A 260 mile round trip to take my son back to university.

00:00    Arrive home.

01:30     Go to bed.

06: 00   Throw the alarm clock out of the window.

06:30     Another 30 mile round trip to take second on to catch a coach.

08:30     Go to work.

16:30     Come home.

17:15      Go for a walk.

18:30     Start phone calls and office work.

 

wrote is 00.42.    bed time

So easily tipped,

bodily and mentally.

My work-life balance.
