When flesh and bone was incinerated

As rockets exploded on our houses

The souls of the dead were liberated

When flesh and bone was incinerated

Are warfare ethics deliberated?

By fighters whose acts are celebrated

When flesh and bone was incinerated

As rockets exploded on our houses
